Dallas Water Utilities is inviting students who reside in Dallas to step up and become Water Heroes by bringing this year’s theme—“Be a Water Hero—Every Drop Matters”—to life through art. Whether you’re a budding illustrator in grades 1–5 ready to design a powerful poster, a middle school creative in grades 6–8 with a T-shirt concept that makes a splash, or a high school artist in grades 9–12 eager to showcase your skills in Digital Arts or Visual Arts, there’s a place for your talent to shine. This is your chance to turn imagination into impact, inspire your community, and show how every drop truly matters. Grab your brushes, tablets, or markers—it’s time to create something meaningful!
